We use the best locally courted ingredients and produce available around our kitchen. We cook everything from scratch and have no issues catering for dietary requirements.

Our food is always full of imagination, vibrant and super tasty.

I have been a chef for 34 years, cooking all around the world in the best establishments. I love a challenge and chatting to my clients to find out what they love about eating, then delivering something unexpected and exceeding their expectations.

I have been a chef for 34 years and have worked in many amazing places including on the Barrier Reef in Australia. I was head chef at Edinburgh Castle, Murrayfield Stadium and The Hub in Edinburgh. I have also worked in small, intimate and Michelin-starred hotels. I have worked across the industry and really love and have a passion for what I do.

Clients vary from corporate clients to landowners, brides and all food lovers.
