Bars and Beyond Ltd is a dynamic, forward-thinking company dedicated to delivering exceptional mobile bar services. We specialize in providing high-quality bar setups, expert staff, and tailored solutions that elevate events and enhance guest experiences. Beyond traditional venues, we also offer consulting for new ventures, event planning, and on-site bar management for weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations. Our mission is to combine creativity and operational excellence to help clients host unforgettable events.

Our Story
Bars and Beyond Ltd was founded on a simple belief — the bar should be more than just a place to pour drinks; it should define the atmosphere of your event. Based in Warrington, we’ve evolved from a small local service into a full-scale event bar provider, offering everything from elegant mobile bar setups to professional staffing and bespoke cocktail menus.

Our Team
As Managing Director, John Houghton brings over 15 years of hospitality and event bar experience to Bars and Beyond Ltd. He’s supported by a dedicated team of local professionals who share his passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Together, their combined expertise ensures every event is managed with genuine care, precision, and professionalism.

We have built a diverse bar inventory and collection of bespoke mobile units, allowing us to service varying sizes of events (from intimate guest lists through to large scale).
We’ve been trusted by major venues and event organisers to bring a “turn-key” bar solution — encompassing design, staffing, service and logistics. (Mazanzi fest for an example)
