Bathcaps are hand-pulled, freshly fried pastries — golden, puffed and irresistible — born in the city of Bath. Each one is made to order in front of your guests: stretched by hand, dropped into hot oil until it billows into a light, airy cloud, then finished your way.

Go sweet with a generous dusting of powdered sugar — crispy at every edge, impossibly soft in the centre. Or go savoury with crème fraîche, melted cheese, smoky bacon and fresh spring onion — rich, satisfying and unlike anything else on the street food scene.

Bathcaps bring warmth, theatre and an unforgettable aroma to any event. The live cooking is part of the show — guests gather, watch and leave happy. We're well suited to food markets, festivals, corporate hospitality, weddings, private parties and seasonal events.

Being of German origin, I love the tradition of festive baking on special occasions like New Years Eve, Karneval or Kirchweih, where the local church is being segregated once a year. Since this hot, fresh bakery is so irresistibly delicious and I have not seen or tasted anything like it in the UK so far, I decided to offer it to the British Public, especially in the beautiful, historical city of Bath. Having been trained in hotel management in Germany, with a business background, I hope you will enjoy the hot, fresh, irresistible Bathcaps as much as all customers have in the past.

I have years of experience in the hospitality business, having been trained in Hotel Management with the Steigenberger Group of Hotels and having worked in exclusive hotels and restaurants all over Europe.
