BattleAxe opened in 2018 and we haven't looked back since.
We provide activities/entertainment to weddings, corporate, celebrations, events & festivals teaching people how to throw axes in a safe & professional manner, but ensuring our customers have an awesome time while doing it.
Since 2018, we have worked with Sheffield City Council, Budweiser, Coco-Cola, Bloodstock Open Air Festival, The BIG Feastival ( Alex James Farm), Rock the Park, Festival of Wheels, Farmer Copleys, FarmFest, Ludlow Medieval Christmas Market, Buckle N Boots, Craic by the Creek, Firestorm Festival, Rock the Bowl festival just to name a few... along with numerous local events and weddings.

We have our unique 14ft trailer, a range of mobile A frames stands and targets and we also have a set up which can be done indoors and outdoors.

Brilliant and fun addition to our wedding
BattleAxe were very responsive to our initial enquiries and gave a competitive quote, also quoting for some optional extras that were well worth the money. Jessica was a great help in coordinating, and the instructor on the day was great fun and knew how to keep everyone entertained. Even though only 2 people could participate at a time, it was hugely popular as a “spectator sport”. Highly recommended as something a bit different for any occasion.

I booked Battleaxe for a ladies-only retreat. I requested Jessica to send female instructors, unfortunately they weren't available, but the manager, Josh Burroughs and his colleague arrived in advance to set up and assist in archery and axe-throwing. They were both very respectful in the way they delivered the activities, our ladies were given ample time to practice and really appreciated their patience. They sought permission before taking images for their social media pages. We are very happy to have worked with Battleaxe, who travelled from Sheffield to Northallerton and provided us with a very competitive quote. We will definitely reach out to them again for our future retreats. Thank you once again.

We booked with BattleAxe only a few weeks before our wedding and they were very easy to communicate with and book. They just turned up at the wedding and got straight on with setting up and getting started. Their staff were approachable and friendly and helped our guests to have a great experience! Would 100% use their services again!
