Our style of food is influenced by many regions. Low and slow-smoked brisket from Texas through to Deep South Jambalaya. We make our own sausages smoked or un-smoked influenced by regions such as Poland and Hungary through to smoked Turkey and pulled pork from the States and Mexico.
All served from our bespoke made horse box trailer which can be transported anywhere desired,
We cover all events from private hire at your home to catering at any outdoor event.
We can supply any type of smoked meats, our own made sausages and burgers – we can offer a smoked platter or we can design a bespoke menu for your event based on requirements.
One of our specialities is Jambalaya cooked in front of guests with our giant jambalaya station
at present we are renovating a horse box to provide a better catering experiance for the special events
