Welcome to Bespoke Venue Décor. Helping you make your venue décor dream come to life.
After helping a friend plan and set up her wedding and trying to find items to hire for a reasonable price, we decided to offer decorations and hire accessories which are elegant and affordable. We understand how costly planning a wedding or party can be and have considered that with our extremely competitive pricing.
We offer free help and advice on venue styling, from light up numbers for birthdays or anniversaries to full ceiling draping and top table styling for weddings.
Additionally, we can provide bespoke printed/engraved signage, personalised items and favours. We also supply garden games and props.

Bespoke Venue Decor was created from a passion for celebrating life’s special moments and transforming ordinary spaces into something truly memorable. What started as helping friends and family decorate for parties quickly grew into a business after seeing how much joy beautifully styled venues brought to people’s celebrations.
I have always had a creative eye and love working with colours, themes, and details that bring an event together. Whether it’s a milestone birthday, engagement party, baby shower, or wedding, I enjoy working closely with clients to turn their ideas into a stunning reality. Every event is different, and that’s what inspires me – creating décor that feels personal, unique, and tailored to each celebration.

At Bespoke Venue Decor, we are a small but passionate team made up of Kelly and Maria. Together we share a love for creating beautiful spaces and helping people celebrate their most important moments in style.
Kelly started with a passion for transforming venues and bringing clients’ ideas to life. With a strong eye for detail and creativity, Kelly works closely with clients to understand their vision and turn it into something truly special.
Maria brings her creativity, organisation, and hands-on support to every event we work on. From planning and preparation to setting up the décor on the day, Maria plays a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly and looks perfect.
As a team, we pride ourselves on being friendly, reliable, and easy to work with. We know how important every celebration is, whether it’s a wedding, milestone birthday, baby shower, or special family event, and we treat every setup as if it were our own.
