We cater for all sorts of events ranging from Brewery tap rooms, birthday parties, festivals, corporate events and weddings from our converted RAF Land Rover with an internal Amobox pizza oven which can reach temperatures of 500 °C and can cook 6 pizzas at once in under 2 minutes.
We serve true Neapolitan wood-fired Biga pizza at a high hydration, which is easily digestible and a much more tasty dough. We have our own extensive menu and can design bespoke menus to cater for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs or for more gastronomic tastes.
We use all Italian ingredients, and the pizzaiolo has been trained with the one and only pizza maestro Marco Fusso and is also a pizzaiolo at a reputable pizzeria in Haywards Heath (Safari Pizza). We also liaise with the best contemporary Neapolitan pizzeria in the South East, which was voted in the top 50 in Europe (Buon Apettio in Burgess Hill).
We are evolving all the time and provide two setups: a semi enclosed branded gazebo which attaches to the Landrover and an open awning setup which allows guests to interact with the pizzaiolo, and he may even let you have some trade secrets and launch your own pizza.
