We serve wedding evening food, birthday parties, garden parties and corporate events for up to 150 guests. Our signature slow-roasted meats are cooked in front of you on our charcoal barbecue trailer. Whether you want an elevated hog roast for 90 guests or a bespoke barbecue menu for an intimate garden party, we can create a menu you'll love.

We champion ingredients from the English countryside, from rare-breed pigs and seasonal game to foraged hedgegrow berries and seasonal Cambridgeshire vegetables. The best of these are combined using modern and traditional cooking techniques to extract the most flavour and offer a unique dining experience. A typical menu includes a selection of slow-roasted and barecued meat options paired with zingy salads and delicious side dishes like our famous smoked new potato salad with bacon, capers and fresh herbs.

We typically cater to small to medium-sized events for up to 150 guests at weddings, garden parties and birthday celebrations. We also cover corporate events and private functions during the week.
