Our Story

My name is Jonathan, and I am the Managing Director of Blackstone Protection Group.

After six years of service in the Australian Army, including three operational tours, I developed a comprehensive skill set that has underpinned my professional career. My experience spans strategic planning and training, executive and head-of-state protection, team leadership, crisis management and response, and the coordination of operational assets both in the field and at a strategic level. These roles enabled me to identify, refine, and apply my strengths in leadership and operational planning.

The safety and security of clients and assets are my foremost priorities. I lead from the front, remain decisive under pressure, and maintain an unwavering commitment to every assignment. Following my military service, I transitioned into the private sector, working with major organisations worldwide to deliver executive protection and manage complex client requirements through adaptable and effective security solutions.

My objective is to consistently deliver exceptional service and tier-one protection for private clients and their events, without compromise on safety or standards.

Recruitment is focused primarily on individuals with backgrounds in the armed forces and law enforcement, as the skills, discipline, and operational mindset developed in these environments form the foundation of our organisation.
