Our Story
I created and have ran a successful catering business for almost seven years, holding and sustaining multiple catering contracts with local clubs, pubs, and community venues. Those years gave me invaluable experience in large-scale catering, menu planning, and delivering consistent quality under pressure.
After building a loyal customer base and a reputation for great food and dependable service, I opened Blake’s Café to have my own premises and expand our offering to private, corporate, and event catering. I’m inspired by seeing people connect over good food — whether it’s a buffet, grazing table, or sit-down dinner — all homemade, beautifully presented, and created with care.
