Our Story
I started my journey behind the camera in 2015, driven purely by creativity. At the time, I was building my own shoe business, filming and editing all of the content myself because I believed in the power of visuals to tell a story and sell an idea. What began as a necessity quickly turned into a passion.
As my content grew, people started to notice. Friends, brands, and businesses began asking me to create for them too. I realised that the same creativity I was using for myself could help others grow their businesses, build their brands, and bring their ideas to life through strong visual storytelling.
In 2019, I officially launched BMOB STUDIOS, turning years of hands-on experience into a full production company. Since then, BMOB has been about more than just filming — it’s about creating impactful content that helps people move forward, just like it did for me.
Our Team
My name is Ollie Thomson, Founder and Director of BMOB STUDIOS. BMOB is a production company I’ve poured everything into over the years — built from the ground up through passion, persistence, and a relentless drive to create powerful visual work. I’m the main force behind the operation, overseeing creative direction and bringing ideas to life from concept through to final delivery.
Alongside me is a tight-knit, highly skilled team. Tashan is our camera operator and editor, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of visual flow. Anojh, our cinematographer and editor, brings cinematic depth and technical precision to every project. Rounding out the team is Harrison, a photographer and videographer who captures compelling visuals with creativity and consistency. Together, we form BMOB STUDIOS — a collective focused on high-quality storytelling and impactful production.
