We're Boella Co - a family-run pizza van from Sussex. We mix, ball and prove proper Neapolitan dough ourselves, then fire at 450° wherever the van happens to be parked that day.

For 4 years we have served authentic, freshly made Italian food from our self-built van at markets, events and venues across Sussex.

You'll find us outside taprooms and local markets most weeks, and at weddings, birthdays and long lunches in between. Everything is stretched and fired to order
