Incredible customer service, Jay was very helpful both in answering questions over the phone before the event and was great when setting up and packing away. Our set up was a complex, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and put our minds at ease. I would definitely use again!!

I had a fantastic experience with the bouncy castle service! The castle was delivered right on time, and it was spotless. The setup was quick and professional, ensuring everything was safe and secure. The kids had an amazing time, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
Friendly and reliable
Communication was great, initial contact was a phone call followed by photos and prices via WhatsApp. Very quick replies and answered my questions instantly. Great value for money and would definitely use them again.
