Brooklyn Brownie Co

Brooklyn Brownie Co is a multi-award-winning, family-run American dessert business based in Northamptonshire. We specialise in an indulgent range of classic American treats, including fully loaded brownies, rich cheesecakes, waffle sticks, half-pound cookies, ice cream sundaes, and ice cream sandwiches.

Alongside our desserts, we serve a variety of hot and cold drinks such as refreshing slushies and homemade American-style lemonade — all freshly prepared and served from our fully equipped American dessert truck.
