About Capital People
Established in 1999, we have been supplying London’s hospitality industry with temporary staff as well as long term placements for the past 20 years. All of the company’s management team have senior management experience at quality hotels and hospitality companies around the globe including the Clayton Hotels, Hotel du Vin, Ambassadors Bloomsbury, Best Western Hotels, P&O Cruises and Le Meridien. It is this understanding of the hospitality industry that has allowed us to foster excellent working relationships with our clients, many of whom have been using our services for over 15 years.
We have a large team of front & back of house staff and our management team regularly works and manages events alongside our staff; giving us the opportunity to see our staff in action and seeing if and where improvements are needed.

Good service
We had two servers, Arthur and Ciara. Arthur was late but made up for it with really great service and was very attentive to our guests. Ciara was good but she disappeared for a while to sit on her phone, but her service was still good.
Very good service for a private party!

Shocking
Requested one cleaner and one bar staff. Bar staff was extra £2p/h. 15 minutes before the start of the event, one staff called to say they would not be able to attend. The staff member that did turn up advised that he had no bar experience but was a quick learner! Anyway, I left him to just help with tidying up and a friend took care of the bar. After the event, I spoke to Manhar and he just stated that he was told by the staff member that he had bar experience - shocking that he does not know what his staff are trained in. Manhar agreed to refund the no show, to my astonishment, he refunded the cleaner rate and not the bar rate! It was only £15 difference but the audacity!! a no show and unskilled staff and no consideration. avoid
Albert was amazing
The service received from this company was amazing and very simple. Albert came on time and was very prepared and new what he was doing. He also made recommendations on things to add to the drinks just to make it extra special for my guest. Albert was extremely polite and professional and even stayed an hour extra as he saw things started becoming very busy. My guest loved his service and as he was leaving the Dj and guess all have him a round of applause for his service. Thank you very much!

The staff who attended our company Christmas party event were excellent. Soffiyah, Fatima and Jose did such an incredible job. A gas leak at the venue 30 minutes before the start meant we had to move the entire party over half a mile away, and all three of the staff happily moved to there as well and didn't let it faze them at all. They not only did an excellent job in organising and passing around the food, but also helped to clean up as they went. They were great and we would highly recommend them to others and use them again for future events.
