Captured by Kasia is a London-based event photography service specialising in documentary-style coverage for business, charity and private events. I work with small businesses, charities, solo entrepreneurs and individuals who want natural, people-focused imagery rather than staged or overly posed photos.
I photograph networking events, launches, workshops, panel discussions and private celebrations, capturing genuine moments, connection and atmosphere as events unfold. My approach is calm and unobtrusive, allowing guests to feel comfortable while I document the story of the event.

Our Story
Born in Poland and raised in Germany, I have called London home since 1995. My professional background is in simultaneous interpreting, a career that has taken me around the world and placed me at the heart of conferences, events and live situations across a wide range of industries.
Working closely with people in fast-moving environments has shaped how I see events and how I photograph them. Alongside my interpreting career, photography became a natural creative outlet — a way to observe, listen and tell stories visually. Over time, this evolved into a documentary-style approach focused on real moments, atmosphere and human connection.
I’m personable, well-organised and a strong communicator, which helps clients feel at ease and allows events to unfold naturally. I enjoy working on events with character — from business gatherings and creative productions to private celebrations — and I aim to capture images that feel authentic, thoughtful and true to the people involved.
