Carisma Catering

We had Carisma Catering cater our wedding after our initial caterer fell through, so we were slightly nervous about the process. We didn’t need to be, as Samir was incredibly responsive and helped with whatever questions we had. From the start, the team was accommodating and professional. The food tasting was outstanding, and this was clear to our guests on the day as well. The Carisma Catering team arrived ahead of time, set everything up, and had the meal ready seamlessly while we were at our ceremony, which was amazing! When we returned, everything was perfectly arranged. Our guests really enjoyed the food, especially the generous portions! Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Thank you so much to Samir and Ali for their hard work and drive! As a smaller business that is just starting up they didn't act like it. Fabulous customer service skills, and our guests were very impressed with them. They took the initiative to complete other jobs, like clearing away, and putting stock away. they didn't stop working, and I never saw them 'standing around'. Never had their phones out, and had lovely smiles on their faces. Plus my glass was never empty! My only tiny thing was they would benefit from matching uniforms for professionalism, however as they are a starter company I understand this might not be in the budget yet. I will 100% ask for their services again if we need them, and use their bartending services as well.
