Ellie – Creative Director With over 15 years’ experience in the entertainment industry, Ellie leads the creative vision of Carmina Entertainment. Trained at Northern Ballet in Manchester, she performed internationally on cruise ships before returning to shape bespoke, immersive entertainment experiences. She remains closely connected to performance and occasionally makes special guest appearances at select events. Sarah – Events Organisation & Finance Director Sarah ensures everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. From planning and logistics to budgets and client communication, she keeps each event organised, professional and stress-free from start to finish. Nat – Costume Designer Nat brings ideas to life through bold, imaginative costume design. Working closely with the creative team, Nat ensures every performer looks the part, enhancing themes, characters and the overall visual impact of each event. Team Captains Our experienced team captains lead performers on the ground, managing timing, flow and guest interaction. They are the link between creative vision and live delivery, ensuring every performance runs smoothly and maintains Carmina’s high standards. Together, our team blends creativity, professionalism and passion, delivering entertainment that feels effortless, exciting and unforgettable.
