We’re a friendly, independent husband-and-wife team passionate about great coffee, delicious homemade cakes, and good old-fashioned customer service.
With five years of experience, we’ve brought smiles and flavour to a wide range of events—from local fairs and music festivals to weddings, corporate launches, and community days.
We operate two mobile units:
Ethel, our charming converted sheep trailer, and Edward, a fully equipped larger vehicle.
Both serve our barista-quality coffee, hot chocolate, flavoured teas, and Yorkshire Tea—alongside our indulgent homemade bakes including brownies, gluten-free flapjacks, rocky roads, cookie slabs, and themed event cakes.
Edward also offers a versatile hot food menu featuring:
• Sourdough Pizzas
• Jacket potatoes
• Panini’s
• American hot dogs
• Pasta Dishes
• Doorstep sandwiches
• Breakfasts
You can pick and mix from our menu to suit your event—no need to take it all, just what works for you.
We cater for vegan and gluten-free diets, are fully insured (including £10M PLI), hold Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety certification,

Perfect for our Event!
We booked Caseys Coffee for our annual charity cycling sportive. Clare was very professional, easy to communicate with ahead of the event and very accommodating to our event needs. Arriving promptly on event day and staying until our last rider had left, the team was a joy to have at the event and we received some great feedback from event participants too. Will be booking again for next years event.
