We’re a friendly, independent husband-and-wife team passionate about great coffee, delicious homemade cakes, and good old-fashioned customer service. With five years of experience, we’ve brought smiles and flavour to a wide range of events—from local fairs and music festivals to weddings, corporate launches, and community days. We operate two mobile units: Ethel, our charming converted sheep trailer, and Edward, a fully equipped larger vehicle. Both serve our barista-quality coffee, hot chocolate, flavoured teas, and Yorkshire Tea—alongside our indulgent homemade bakes including brownies, gluten-free flapjacks, rocky roads, cookie slabs, and themed event cakes. Edward also offers a versatile hot food menu featuring: • Sourdough Pizzas • Jacket potatoes • Panini’s • American hot dogs • Pasta Dishes • Doorstep sandwiches • Breakfasts You can pick and mix from our menu to suit your event—no need to take it all, just what works for you. We cater for vegan and gluten-free diets, are fully insured (including £10M PLI), hold Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety certification, We pride ourselves on quality, flexibility, and treating every customer like family.
