Over the years, my career has taken me through different countries, restaurants and hospitality experiences, including many years in Mexico, where I ran my own Italian restaurant. These experiences helped me develop my own cooking style, combining traditional Italian techniques with Mediterranean flavours and international influences.

Today, I'm based in London, working as Sous Chef at Osteria Romana in Knightsbridge while also creating personalised private dining experiences for my clients.

What inspires me most is seeing people genuinely enjoy the food I've prepared. I love working with fresh, quality ingredients, respecting traditional recipes while adding my own creative touches.
