Chef Arbinder Singh Dugal brings restaurant-calibre dining straight to your event. A semi-finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals UK and two-time Roux Scholarship finalist, Arbinder has spent over 20 years honing his craft in some of the industry's most respected kitchens — including the Michelin-starred Waterside Inn and Restaurant Sat Bains, alongside spells at La Pont de la Tour, Quaglino's and Hawkyns by Atul Kochhar. He trained early under legendary Indian chef Jiggs Kalra in Mumbai, and that grounding still shapes his food today: bold, authentic Indian flavour built on precise French and European technique.
