My name is Brian McElderry and I am a highly experienced freelance chef having worked in Saudi Arabia, France Switzerland, Malta and Libya as well as cooking for highly prestigious family’s around the world.
I can be your own personal private chef, bringing to you a professional and bespoke dining experience into your very own kitchen creating a beautiful dining savoir-faire for you and your guests. This is my 50th Anniversary year in cooking (1974-2025), and still with the drive and passion that I've always had.
I am based in the North East and can travel to your home up to Berwick, down to Whitby and North Yorkshire and as far west as Carlisle.
I also provide tutorials, cookery classes and demonstrations.
