Chef Carib's

My grandmother taught me all she knew, which she learnt from her parents and grandparents. As an experienced chef for over 20 years, I have mastered and adapted these recipes to suit market expectations and standards, without losing the authenticity of a long-standing traditional taste and flavour.

The idea of making Caribbean and Jamaican food attractive and presentable for all occasions has come to life through ChefCarib's, accessible to everyone who is craving the experience and to those who are curious.

Capturing the vibrant flavours, the culture and the vibe of this little island in the Caribbean. We know that Caribbean flavours are now a big part of the UK's go-to tastes, and we do it with soul!
