Our journey started with a simple passion for bringing people together through great food. As two friends working as chefs in high-pressure catering environments for over 4 years, including large stadium events, we learned the importance of quality, speed, and consistency.
We wanted to create something of our own that reflects who we are a unique concept that blends cultures, flavours, and experiences. That’s how our French–Mexican fusion idea was born, combining creativity with the skills we developed in professional kitchens.
What inspires us is seeing people enjoy our food and the atmosphere we create. From small gatherings to large events, we love being part of special moments and making them even better with fresh, flavourful dishes and friendly service.

Our business was founded by two friends with a shared passion for food and hospitality. Before starting this venture, we gained over 4 years of experience working as chefs in large-scale catering environments, including major stadiums and high-volume events. This background gave us the skills, speed, and organisation needed to deliver top-quality service under pressure.
Today, we run our business with a dedicated and well-trained team who share our values. Our staff are friendly, polite, and highly professional, always maintaining a high standard of service and presentation. We take pride not only in our food, but in the way we treat every customer with respect, care, and a welcoming attitude.
