We're all about authentic recipes and bold flavours. On our menu, you’ll find mouthwatering wraps, healthy grain bowls and loaded fries, and we mean fully loaded!
As a company, we are fairly new to the street-food scene having started as a food producer where we specialised in making artisan, chickpea-based products. We have continued to draw upon this knowledge and now develop exciting, plant-based ingredients for our catering menu.
Since 2022 we have been trading regularly at a variety of local markets including Bristol Harbourside Market and Finzels Reach. We have traded across the Southwest as part of several award-winning food fairs and music festivals. We also provide a fine dining experience and are happy to create a bespoke menu for private events.
Almost every element of our food is handmade from scratch in our Bristol kitchen. As our menu is completely plant-based, it uses much fewer of our planet’s resources to produce. We use local suppliers and design our menu around seasonal ingredients, using our homemade ferments throughout the winter months. All of our disposables are recyclable and we encourage our customers to bring their own reusable containers.
