Following 12 years in catering working in pub and restaurant kitchens and in a bakery I decided it was time to try something new. I wanted to find something new and a bit different to bring to the south west so i started Complete Waffle.

Complete Waffle is a small independent company dedicated to bringing a completely homemade taste of Belgium to the south west.
