About Cookie the Clown

I am a professional children's entertainer in Reading, Berkshire, who provides party entertainment across the county and surrounding areas. Kid's fun is my speciality. I have had many years of experience entertaining children and am a dad of four myself so know what it takes to keep the kiddies happy!

My magic parties are fun, lively occasions with exciting and amusing funny props, comedy magic, games, music, colourful balloon animals, hats and swords plus a bubble machine, disco light and inevitably, plenty of silly jokes. You can also add a snow machine to a package for a small extra charge.

Alternatively, I can just do balloon modelling if you like or a disco party with more lights, speakers and games!

Our Story

Many years ago while travelling the world I decided to do some charity work in Asia. A musician friend and I came up with the idea to do a programme at an orphanage in which I would be a silent, shy clown encouraged to come on by my friend and do silly stuff to his music. It was a simple little idea but the kids loved it and I enjoyed doing it too. That's where Cookie was born. Years later I've not only added talking but comedy magic, games, balloon modelling, bubble machine, snow machine, discos as well as Cookie the Entertainer who is also silly but not dressed as a clown and Santa.

Our Team

It's just the three of me : Mark, Cookie and Santa.

I've been entertaining children as Cookie for 34 years.

I can perform at birthday parties, Christmas parties or other special occasions in homes or halls as well as pre-school or primary school parties, events or discos.

Best party entertainer for 8 year olds!

Cookie the Clown was the ultimate professional - all the children loved him! His jokes and his balloon artistry were legendary! I would gladly recommend him for any party!
