About Corporate Clown
What happens when teams and leaders let go of the usual rules?
Corporate Clown's leadership and executive workshops use play, humour, and experimentation to challenge familiar ways of thinking, communicating, and working together.
Drawing on techniques from contemporary clowning, improvisation, and physical theatre, our workshops invite leaders to step outside their usual roles, embrace uncertainty, and discover what happens when they stop trying to control every outcome.
Rather than sitting around a table talking about leadership, participants get on their feet, laughing, experimenting, and learning through experience.
What to expect
Our facilitated exercises encourage participants to:
- Think on their feet and respond confidently to the unexpected - Embrace uncertainty, vulnerability, and the possibility of failure - Develop greater awareness of themselves and others - Listen more closely and communicate more openly - Challenge established habits, assumptions, and hierarchies - Build trust, connection, and collaboration - Explore the relationship between control, confidence, and adaptability
Who is it for?
Our workshops are designed for leadership teams, senior executives, managers, and organisations looking to develop more open, adaptable, and collaborative ways of working.
They're particularly suited to leadership away days, executive retreats, team development sessions, and organisations navigating change or uncertainty.
The experience is playful, sometimes silly, and surprisingly revealing. Participants don't need to be funny, perform, or have any previous experience of clowning or improvisation.
