About Craig Ward Piping

Craig began learning the bagpipes at just age 7, growing up under the tutelage of several world-class pipers. With over 25 years experience playing Scotland's national instrument, he has travelled the world to play; from Japan, to New York, to Brittany, where he performs regularly as part of a traditional Breton group. Having won prizes in both solo and band competitions, in the UK and in Brittany, including winning the World Pipe Band Championships at age 14, Craig brings his passion for music and celtic culture, as well as a love for performance to every event.

Whether you are planning a wedding, funeral, private function or corporate event, the bagpipes bring an unrivalled sense of occasion to any proceeding. With a huge amount of pride in the highest standard of dress and musicianship, Craig will bring a smile and a sense of joy to your event.

Would definitely book again! Absolutely ace

Craig had fantastic communication with us for our wedding. I wanted to walk down the aisle to is this love by bob marley and he took time to learn this and had never done a reggae song before but me and my partner loves it! He was amazing, very good couldn't recommend enough tbh! Book him now you won't regret it. Thsnk you Craig
