At Crusty Fellas, we bring authentic Italian flavours to every event with our slow-fermented Neapolitan pizzas, handcrafted using premium ingredients and cooked fresh on-site. Beyond pizza, we offer a carefully curated selection of Italian desserts, artisan cheese and charcuterie boards, and elegant canapés, creating a complete catering experience for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, and celebrations of all sizes. Our Story

My pizza journey began at the age of 15 in Puglia, Italy, where I first discovered my passion for pizza. At 20, I left Italy to broaden my experience, working across different countries and kitchens, including Germany before eventually moving to London.

In London, I had the opportunity to work alongside some of the city’s best pizzerias, developing my skills across different pizza styles, including Neapolitan, New York style, pizza al metro and pizza alla pala. At just 23 years old, I started my career as a Head Chef, leading teams and creating high-quality pizza experiences.

After four years in London, I moved to Australia for a year, continuing to develop my craft and bringing my pizza experience to a new international audience. I then returned to London to launch Crusty Fellas, combining my experience, creativity and passion for authentic Italian pizza.

Throughout my career, I have worked with renowned chefs such as Gino D’Acampo and gained experience in some of London’s most recognised pizza venues, including Voodoo Ray’s, L’Oro di Napoli, L’Antica Pizzeria and Happy Face and many more.

Crusty Fellas is built around a close-knit team of passionate hospitality professionals who share the same vision: creating memorable food experiences through quality, teamwork and genuine Italian hospitality.

The core team includes Michael, my long-time friend and business partner from Puglia, and Alessandro, a trusted colleague who has been part of my journey in the pizza industry.

Supporting the team are Vanessa, Maya and a network of experienced hospitality professionals and trusted colleagues who can join depending on the size and requirements of each event.

Having worked together across different projects, kitchens and events, our team combines strong relationships, professional experience and the flexibility to deliver everything from intimate private parties to large-scale corporate and public events.

Today, Crusty Fellas represents my journey: a fusion of Italian tradition, international experience and a passion for creating unforgettable pizza experiences for events, brands and private clients. Throughout my career, I have worked across different countries, including Italy, Germany, Australia and the UK, developing expertise in Neapolitan pizza, New York style pizza, pizza al metro and pizza alla pala.

Our previous events include brand activations for Generation.Work, a Foot Locker after-party, networking events for Rock’n’Roll, private birthdays, celebrations, and sporting events including World Cup screenings.

We work with brands, companies, event organisers and private clients to create memorable food experiences, offering a high-quality, interactive pizza experience suitable for corporate events, festivals, weddings, parties and special occasions.
