It is not quite food - not quite beverage, oriented from the bulbs of the Orchid planet. It is known as a Mediterranean / middle eastern treat.
Something different but amazing, and the taste.. WOW.. Delicious!
You may find it in any market or any coffee shop you go across many countries as Turkey, Lebanon, Israel and etc...
Sahlab (Salep)- Served hot, in a cup with a spoon, served with coconut shreds and cinnamon. Perfect for the cold weather. Malabi- Served cold, a real treat for summertime, served with rosewater on top, coconut shreds and definitely recommended with pistachio on top.
