Our Story
Why I’ve Returned to Singing
Singing has always been part of my journey. I performed regularly during music college and university, using live work to support myself while studying. As life evolved, my focus shifted toward teaching and building a family, and performance naturally took a back seat.
Now, with my family flown the nest and a new chapter opening, I’ve returned to singing for myself. This return is rooted in experience, perspective, and a renewed appreciation for the craft. I bring not only strong vocals and professionalism, but a deeper connection to the joy and purpose that live music brings - both to audiences and to me.

Our Team
I am supported at every performance by my husband, Pete, who has been a constant source of encouragement throughout my return to singing. Having been a driving force behind me stepping back onto the stage, he now attends all gigs to provide practical support, from set-up and pack-down to behind-the-scenes coordination on the day.
Having someone trusted and familiar on hand allows me to focus fully on the performance itself, knowing everything else is taken care of. This partnership adds an extra layer of care, consistency, and calm to each booking, helping ensure every event runs smoothly and enjoyably.

Experience
I bring many years of live performance experience across a range of settings and formats. My performance journey began in amateur theatre before progressing to semi-professional stage work, building strong foundations in stagecraft, audience engagement, and live presentation.
Alongside theatre, I performed extensively in live music settings, working as part of a band, then a duo, and eventually as a solo artist. This progression developed my versatility, musical adaptability, and confidence performing for varied audiences and venues.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Contemporary Popular Music and accumulated around five years of professional performance experience before stepping away from live work to pursue a career in teaching (Drama and music). This combination of practical experience and formal training underpins the professionalism, musicianship, and confidence I bring to every performance today.
Alongside theatre, I performed extensively in live music settings, working as part of a band, then a duo, and eventually as a solo artist. This progression developed my versatility, musical adaptability, and confidence performing for varied audiences and venues.
