Danieli is a family-run pizza business that brings the taste of authentic Italian wood-fired pizza to events and street food scenes across the UK. Founded by Daniel and co-run by his son James, the business operates from a beautifully converted horsebox trailer, giving it both a rustic charm and mobile flexibility.

At Danieli, we’re all about quality, simplicity, and connection. Each pizza is handcrafted using traditional Italian techniques and cooked in a blazing wood-fired oven, giving it that irresistible crispy, chewy base with perfectly blistered edges. The dough is slow-fermented for flavour and texture, and we use fresh, high-quality ingredients—many inspired by Daniel’s travels through Rome and Venice.
