Born and brought up in Malaysia and taught by mum in our home kitchen, I learnt the art of layering spices and flavours. I strive to reach my mum's exacting standards 'do it right or don't do it at all'. The food I cook today is the food that I love, grew up eating, miss and continue to crave for!
