You also won't have to worry about a thing on the day. We supply everything - the spirits, mixers, glassware, and ice. We manage the entire setup and breakdown, and because we use our own off-grid power solutions, we can pop up almost anywhere, from a traditional venue to a remote marquee or private garden. Every menu is built as a custom experience tailored specifically to your crowd.

After years of owning and operating venues abroad, I started Dark Water Bars because I wanted to bring the magic of a proper, high-end cocktail bar directly to private events. I didn't want to offer just another standard wedding add-on; I wanted to build something transportive.

Every physical piece of our bar is hand-built and heavily detailed to stand out from anything else you can hire. Behind the bar, we apply that same obsessive attention to detail to our drinks.
