We're Dark Water Bars - an immersive hospitality company specialising in weddings, corporate events, and milestone celebrations. Rather than a standard drinks table, every booking is a fully-produced bar experience: theatrical presentation, carefully crafted cocktails, and a professional crew who handle everything from setup to breakdown.

What sets us apart is the craft - and the look. Our bar is genuinely unlike anything else available for hire: hand-built, richly detailed, and designed to be a talking point in its own right, long before the first cocktail's poured. Add smoked presentations, considered spirit selections, and drinks designed to be memorable, not just served, and you've got something your guests won't have seen before.

We supply everything - spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice - so there's nothing for you to source or think about on the day. We work at venues, marquees, and private properties, and we're happy to talk through logistics for any space.

Having spent years working in and owning bars - including running my own venue abroad - I started Dark Water Bars because I wanted to bring something different to private events...
