Ciao, I'm Dennis—an Italian professional bartender and spirits enthusiast with over 10 years of experience behind the bar. I provide premium mobile bartending services for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and special occasions, crafting high-quality cocktails with professionalism and attention to detail. Alongside private events, I also work as a consultant for independent hospitality businesses, helping them improve their beverage programs, service standards, and overall guest experience.

My journey began as a waiter at Nando's, my very first job in the UK. A few years later, I landed my first bartending role, and from that moment I knew I'd found my passion. Since then, I've continuously developed my skills, progressing to bar manager positions at several cocktail bars in Brighton.

Today, I work independently as a mobile bartender, delivering premium bar services for private events and offering consultancy to independent hospitality businesses. Whether I'm creating memorable cocktail experiences for guests or helping venues improve their bar operations, my focus is always on quality, professionalism, and exceptional service. Salute!
