About Deadly Little Murders

A murder has been committed. The evidence is on your table.

Deadly Little Murders is a structured murder mystery experience where guests work together to investigate a carefully constructed crime. Each table receives sealed evidence envelopes that are opened in stages throughout the evening, revealing witness statements, clues and hidden details that slowly reshape the case.

There are no actors and no awkward role play. Instead, the room is guided by a narrator while the investigation unfolds between courses. Teams examine the evidence, debate their theories and decide who they believe is responsible.

As the case deepens, the room begins to divide. Motives appear, alibis fracture, and suspects emerge.

At the end of the evening, each table commits to a verdict.

Those who solve the crime are rewarded with champagne. The rest leave wondering what they missed.

Deadly Little Murders is designed for people who enjoy puzzles, sharp thinking and the quiet satisfaction of catching a killer before anyone else does.

Our Story

Deadly Little Murders was created around a simple idea. A well constructed mystery is far more enjoyable when people have the chance to solve it as a team.

Our founding team brings extensive experience across live events, writing and hospitality. This includes delivering more than 500 C-suite peer-to-peer networking events across Europe, alongside creating and running live music and DJ-led events. One flagship event, Takin’ Off, became widely recognised as the largest and most popular funk night in Europe.

Alongside event delivery, the team also brings a strong background in writing and storytelling, supported by qualifications in business and journalism including a Business degree, an MBA and a Diploma in Journalism awarded with distinction. Published work includes the children’s title Planet Buu and the growing Deadly Little Murders crime series now being released through Kindle.

Like many people who enjoy crime fiction, the team had attended plenty of murder mystery evenings over the years. While entertaining, the format often relied heavily on actors and interruptions that took over the evening and pulled attention away from the table.

Deadly Little Murders was created to take a different approach.

The mystery is designed to sit naturally within the night. Guests receive evidence in stages, discuss the case together and build their theory while still enjoying the food, drinks and conversation around the table.

It becomes part of the evening rather than taking it over. A shared mystery, good company and the quiet satisfaction of working out who did it - together.
