Fantastic service

We hired Theepa to decorate our daughter's 5th "Hello Kitty" birthday party and were so impressed with the results. We provided the initial theme, and she executed them brilliantly. Her suggestions were spot on and the quality of the decorations was top-notch. Highly recommended!
