I couldn’t recommend Toby at Designa Balloons enough! She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, always responded quickly to any questions and really listened to what I wanted, helping to bring my vision to life perfectly. On the day, Toby arrived exactly when agreed and had everything set up beautifully. She was also really flexible when it came to arranging collection of the board afterwards, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The finished balloon arch and board looked amazing and was exactly what I had envisioned. Toby is incredibly talented, professional and reliable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again or recommend her to anyone planning a special event.
