We provide authentic Jamaican dishes and pride ourselves on using only fresh ingredients, some of which are grown ourselves.

The chef has over 25 years experience and being a native of Jamaica certainly knows how to cook from 'soul to bowl ' many of the dishes derive from his family. We personalise our service to suit the venue and event.

We have experience in catering for all types of celebrations.
