Digby’s was born from our passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to create something unique. We purchased and lovingly converted a bus into a mobile bar and coffee unit, combining quality drinks, great service, and a memorable experience for every event we attend.

What many people don’t know is that the business is named after our two-year-old dachshund, Digby. As a much-loved member of the family, his name felt like the perfect fit for a business built on personality, passion, and bringing people together.

Today, we’re proud to serve barista-quality coffee, craft beers, draught lager and cider, prosecco, wine, and soft drinks at weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private celebrations, helping create special moments for our clients and their guests.

While Digby’s is a relatively new venture, it is built on a strong foundation of customer service, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Ross has spent much of his career in customer-facing roles, developing excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver a great customer experience. Chanelle brings creativity, attention to detail, and a flair for ideas, helping to shape the unique look and feel of the business.

To ensure we offer the highest quality service, we have also undertaken professional barista training, allowing us to serve barista-quality coffee with confidence and consistency. Combined with our commitment to going the extra mile, we strive to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every client and guest we serve.
