what make Dinetime authentic and diverse we are not scared to push the boundaries when cooking with aromatic island spices fusing it with other cultures flavours to produce a twist to our dish, our signature dish is plantain curry witch is a vegan dish roast yam and saltfish which is a traditional street food in the country parish hills of St Elizabeth in Jamaica, when it comes to Jerk we jerk like where in Portland we don't just jerk chicken we Jerk lamb pork and steam fish on the jerk pan ribs and much more, our other signature dish is the jerk chicken and lamb wraps witch is on high demand the Caribbean burger is something we are working on to perfect the recipe and taste. we cater for all events if you want alcohol we have a license also we provide children's entertainment popcorn machine candy floss and mascots.

I come from a family of chef's my grandad grandma dad, mum uncles aunties cooking is in my blood when I was young I ways always be in the kitchen helping out and in the family business, my mother told me she already knew I was going to be a chef because she said I would watch all the cooking programs that came on. I get a adrenaline and the buzz from peoples satisfaction and reaction it inspires me more when people recommend me to other people

I have over 20 year's experience in the catering business cooking for family and friends also how I gained all this experience was through working at my families business back in 1995 form Jamaica to England
