Hello My name is Amanda

I am a chesterfield based female DJ with vast experience in Entertainment and DJing, I’m open format which means I play all kinds of different music. I believe your event or party is yours to remember so I like to work closely with you to prove the perfect playlist for your event so you have all YOUR favourites played Im also happy to take live requests.

I like to make sure it’s a stress free from me and that all your questions are answered so you can enjoy your event.

I hold a public liability certificate, and all my equipment is P.A.T tested.

I have different set ups depending on what you would like.

Our Story

I started working as a Funstar for haven holidays in 2004 there I learned how to read a room and was the main DJ every Saturday night for 10 years after this I went to work on cruise ships as a Entertainment host / DJ covering all different types of music from a slow Walz to the newest EDM track and all though the decades starting with the 60s to this weeks biggest hit. Leaving holiday parks and cruise ships behind I started a Famliy and decided to become a part time DJ covering events I now also work for PDR as a warm up DJ for big named acts like Jason Donovan , Sash , livin joy, 2unlimited , Scott mills , Dave perice , A1 ,911 and boyzlife to name a few. I love what I do and enjoy every moment I’m at an event.

Fantastic DJ

I am so happy that I chose Amanda (DJ Northern Lass) for my Birthday Party, she was fantastic. She managed to get everyone up and dancing and was interactive with my guests and encouraging everyone to take part. Amanda taught us a great line dance which made everyone get up to do it. She seemed to read the room and knew exactly what to play. She really contributed to the success of my party. I thoroughly recommend Amanda. She is brilliant at what she does.

Excellent DJ

I hired DJ Northern Lass for my son’s 21st Birthday party, the communication was great & asked all the relevant questions, so my son would get everything he liked on the night, music preferences etc. The night was just fantastic, the DJ arrived on time & was friendly & professional throughout, I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends & family & wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. First class from start to finish
