After training in the strict French classics and spending many long hours working over hotplates and stock pots, I thought I knew food. It wasn't until a trip to Umbria 16 years ago that I truly discovered pizza.

I was captivated by how something so simple could be so exceptional. On returning home, I bought my first wood-fired oven and began a journey that continues to this day. Ever since, I've been obsessed with pizza, simple flours, fermentation, and constantly refining my craft.

Every pizza we serve is a reflection of that passion and a love for bringing people together through great food.

After completing a three-year Professional Chef Diploma at Westminster College, I went on to work in a variety of London hotels and local gastropubs, honing my skills and gaining invaluable experience in professional kitchens. While I enjoyed the fast-paced nature of the industry, my passion increasingly drew me towards the food I truly loved cooking. Today, I work for myself, combining my classical culinary training with my obsession for pizza, fermentation, and simple, quality ingredients. Every pizza we serve is the result of years of learning, experimenting, and refining, and it's a privilege to share that passion with our customers at weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and private gatherings across Kent and the South East.

There's no such thing as a typical client for us. We've catered for wedding couples, birthday celebrations, family gatherings, gym launches, corporate events, local business functions, and open days for new-build developments. We believe every event deserves a personal touch, which is why we work closely with each client to create a catering experience that's tailored to their needs.
