Eat a Pitta

Born from a 90-year-old family recipe passed down through three generations, Eat a Pitta brings legendary North African and Middle Eastern street food to events across Bristol, Bath and beyond. Our famous falafels — crispy on the outside, moist in the middle — are made using Grandma Yolande's original recipe, crafted the same way it always has been. You can taste that history in every bite.

Since launching in Bristol in 2011, we have grown to six locations and built a catering arm that now serves corporate events, office lunches, weddings and large-scale festivals. We have traded at events including the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta and Bristol Harbour Festival, and have had the privilege to cater for many weddings throughout the past years.

Every dish is prepared in-house using fresh ingredients packed with flavour. We are also naturally vegetarian making us a natural choice for clients who want a turnkey solution that caters for all dietary requirements ensuring no guests feel excluded. We hold the Gold Bristol Eating Better Award and Sugar Smart Bristol Award, and cater for a wide range of allergies. Our packaging is 99% biodegradable. Our mission is simple: five-star food and five-star service, without the price tag that usually comes with it.

We provide catering services for events of all sizes. This can span from a private party, business lunches, all the way to catering for a festival or a wedding. This means that we can handle orders of all sizes and we can work with any customer's needs to ensure that their event is successful. We have already spent time catering for a number of festivals and regularly cater for business lunches and private functions.
