Edelwurst Catering

We are an established event catering business based in the Northeast Scotland. We have two Airstream food units from which we provide German Street Food and Crispy Aromatic Duck options. From January until May 2026 we are offering our services to local NE businesses the opportunity to hire us to attend your business premises and provide lunch to your staff and/or visitors. We currently offer two distinct menu options: Unit 1 - German Street Food – Choices of Bratwurst sausages served in a bread sub roll. Currywurst, Chicken Schnitzel, Daily Specials, Kids Hot Dogs, Vegan Options, Fries, Loaded Fries, Cold Drinks – all our Sausages and fries are Gluten Free. Unit 2 - Crispy Aromatic Duck – Crispy Duck wraps consisting of crispy aromatic duck, hoisin sauce and spring onions in a tortilla wrap. Loaded Duck Fries - Skin on fries topped with crispy duck, spring onions, pickled red cabbage and hoisin sauce Each menu can be tailored to suit your company’s preferences and dietary requirements. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, generous portions, and food that leaves a lasting impression.

Our typical clients are event management companies, breweries, local authorities and private business eg. companies with medium to large amount of employees who host corporate days, lunches and private events.
