Hi, we're Edge and Grace. Nice to meet you! We began our business a year ago after a couple of trips to New York and not being able to find authentic New York style slices here in Yorkshire.
We offer 19” New York style pizza by the slice or whole pizzas. This is a great option for sharing as a group, or trying different slices. The 19" pizzas are a real showstopper!
We hold a 5* hygiene rating whilst being NCASS members too. All our hygiene training is up to date with recently issued certificates.
All of our ingredients are imported from Italy and we use the best stockist in the UK. We don’t cut corners on the ingredients, as we believe in ensuring our customers get the best food possible.

Typical Clients
We have a wealth of experience in catering at busy events as we have spent the last year working on some of the most established food festivals and markets across the country. We cater for weddings, birthdays, christenings, B2B and any other special occasion. We have catered for fun-days, charity events and running races. We work out of a Gazebo as pictured, not a pizza truck. These events have taught us how to deal with volume but maintain consistency.
