I'm Ellie, founder of Elhils Grazing - a Manchester-based private catering company specialising in bespoke grazing and buffet-style catering for every type and scale of special event, whether at a venue or your home.

We work from a series of our "base menus" to help get to know our clients' needs and preferences, and then work together to ensure something truly unique is provided for each occasion. We LOVE leaning into seasonal ingredients and table displays, and we just adore when our clients let our creative juices run wild!

Our name derives from a Danish word meaning "warm welcome", which embodies the care, attention and love that goes into creating really special event food solutions.

We handle set up, styling and clear down so you can enjoy your moment.
