Events By Liz provides practical, personalised event support tailored to what you need. From helping shape your plans and coordinating suppliers to managing the event itself, I can step in at the stage where you need support most.

My approach is calm, organised and hands on, with a focus on making sure the details are taken care of and your event runs as smoothly as possible.

Events By Liz grew from something I have been doing for many years, bringing people, plans and all the moving parts of an event together.

My background spans event coordination, administration, project support and working closely with people and teams. Over the years, I have helped organise and coordinate everything from large community events and celebrations to milestone occasions and intimate private events.

I also understand that events are shaped by culture, family traditions and personal values. Different families and communities celebrate in different ways and I take time to understand what is important to each client rather than assuming every event should follow the same format. Whether that involves particular traditions, family roles, food, music, timings or ceremonial elements, I work respectfully with the people involved to make sure those details are properly considered.

What I love most is seeing a plan come together and knowing that the people at the heart of the event can actually enjoy it. I am naturally organised, calm under pressure and someone who notices the details, whether that means keeping suppliers on track, managing the running order, solving an unexpected problem or simply checking that my client has had a moment to eat, drink and enjoy their day.

That is what inspired Events By Liz.

I support clients who have a vision for their event but need an experienced pair of hands to help bring everything together. Whether you need support with planning from the earlier stages, help pulling together plans you have already made, or someone to take responsibility for coordination on the day, my role is to make the experience feel organised, considered and personal.

For me, great event management is not only about how an event looks. It is about how smoothly it runs, how people feel and giving you the freedom to be present for the moments you planned the event for in the first place.

My experience spans private celebrations, weddings and vow renewals, milestone events, community gatherings and large scale outdoor events. I have coordinated events involving hundreds of attendees, multiple suppliers, live entertainment, catering, parking, guest management and detailed event schedules.

My work has involved both advance planning and live event delivery, from coordinating suppliers and developing running orders to responding to delays, changing priorities and unexpected issues on the day.

Launching Events By Liz was a natural progression from the event, project and coordination work I had already been doing. It allowed me to bring that experience together into a dedicated service for clients who want knowledgeable, dependable support behind their event.

Every event is different, but I bring the same approach to each one, preparation, clear communication, attention to detail and calm decision making when plans change.

My typical clients are people planning meaningful celebrations who want their event to feel organised, personal and enjoyable, without having to manage every detail themselves.

I work with couples planning weddings and vow renewals, families organising milestone birthdays and special celebrations, and individuals or organisations hosting community and private events.

Some clients come to me at the beginning and need help shaping and planning their event, while others have already done most of the planning and simply need someone to bring everything together, manage suppliers, oversee timings and coordinate the day.

I particularly enjoy working with clients who want to be fully present at their event rather than spending the day answering supplier questions, checking timings or solving last minute problems. I enjoy working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and understand that culture, tradition and family dynamics can play an important part in how an event is planned and delivered.

Whether it is an intimate celebration or a larger event with multiple suppliers, family members and moving parts, I provide practical, calm and organised support tailored to what each client actually needs.

My professional background includes event coordination, project support, administration and stakeholder management across private, community and organisational settings.

I hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Health, which has contributed to my professional understanding of areas including risk awareness, planning and working within structured environments. I bring this wider professional experience alongside my practical experience of delivering events.
