Excel Activity Group is one of Europe's leading mobile activity and events companies, delivering thousands of fun, memorable and professionally organised experiences every year across the UK, Spain and Portugal.

Founded by Lee and Natalie in 2018, the business started from humble beginnings – quite literally operating from a shed with a small amount of equipment and a big ambition. Since then, Excel Activity Group has grown from a small family-run business into a major activity provider, with a Berkshire headquarters, offices, a warehouse full of specialist activity equipment, and experienced Operations Managers and event teams located across the UK and Spain.

We specialise in bringing the activities directly to our customers. From children's birthday parties, stag & hen weekends and corporate team building to school activity days, summer camps, charity events, military events and large-scale group experiences, our team takes care of the equipment, organisation and delivery to create an experience people remember.

At our busiest, we have delivered more than 5,000 events in a single year. Along the way, we've had the privilege of working with major companies and organisations, charities, schools, military groups and celebrities. We've been featured on television and in the media and have even been featured in the Guinness World Records book.

Behind everything we do is our incredible Excel Activity Group team. Our office staff, Operations Managers, Event Coordinators and instructors are the reason we've been able to grow to where we are today. They have given their time, energy, commitment and everything they have to help build the business, and without them, none of what we've achieved would have been possible.

Despite how much the company has grown, our purpose hasn't changed. We want people to switch off, get involved, laugh, compete and create brilliant memories together.

From a shed in Berkshire to delivering thousands of events across the UK and Europe,

Excel Activity Group was founded by Lee and Natalie in 2018, with a simple goal: to create brilliant, fun and memorable experiences that bring people together.

Our story started very differently to where we are today. We literally started from our shed, storing equipment wherever we could and working hard to build the business one booking at a time. From those humble beginnings, Excel Activity Group has gone from strength to strength.

Today, we're based in Berkshire in a fantastic building with offices and a warehouse full of activity equipment, and we organise thousands of events every year across the UK and Europe. Seeing how far we've come from that original shed is something we're incredibly proud of.

We're based in Berkshire, but our team stretches much further. We now have experienced Operations Managers, Event Coordinators and instructors based across the UK and Spain, allowing us to deliver activities in hundreds of locations. We've also expanded internationally, with activities now available in Spain and Portugal.

Over the years, we've delivered everything from kids' birthday parties, stag & hen weekends and corporate team-building days to school events, summer camps, charity fundraisers, military events and large-scale activity days. We've worked with major organisations, charities and celebrities, appeared on television and in the media, and have even been featured in the Guinness World Records book.

The Team Behind Excel

While we're incredibly proud of everything Excel Activity Group has achieved, none of it would have been possible without our amazing team.

Our team has given so much to help build Excel into the company it is today. From the people answering the phones and organising thousands of bookings behind the scenes, to our Operations Managers preparing and maintaining equipment, and the Event Coordinators and instructors travelling around the country every weekend delivering fantastic experiences – every single person plays their part.

Many of our team have gone above and beyond over the years. They've given their time, energy, ideas and commitment to the business, and they've stuck with us through incredibly busy weekends, early mornings, late finishes and everything else that comes with delivering thousands of events.

Excel Activity Group isn't just Lee and Natalie – it's the entire team behind it.

Without their hard work, loyalty and dedication, we simply wouldn't be where we are today. We're incredibly grateful to have such a great group of people who care about Excel and our customers as much as we do.

Even after thousands of events, we still get the same buzz from seeing people enjoying themselves.

Whether it's a child having an unforgettable birthday party, a stag or hen group crying with laughter, hundreds of children enjoying a school activity day, a charity raising money for an important cause, or a corporate team getting away from their desks and having fun together – that's why we do what we do.

We've come a long way from a shed in Berkshire to warehouses full of equipment and teams delivering events across the UK and Europe.

Over the years, Excel Activity Group has grown into one of Europe's leading mobile activity companies, and we're incredibly proud of what our team has achieved.

At our busiest, we've delivered more than 5,000 events in a single year, bringing our activities to thousands of customers across the UK. We've continued to grow internationally too, and now offer activities in Spain and Portugal as well as nationwide across the UK.

We've been fortunate enough to work with an incredible variety of people and organisations. From celebrities and television shows to major companies, schools, charities and the military, no two events are ever quite the same.

One of our proudest milestones has been being featured in the Guinness World Records book, alongside appearances and features across television and other media.

Our experience now covers an enormous range of events, including corporate team building, stag and hen weekends, children's parties, school activity days, summer camps, charity events, military events and large-scale group experiences.

We've also been proud to support major charities and fundraising events, using what we do best – bringing people together and creating fun – to help worthwhile causes.

From making a stag or hen weekend one to remember, to entertaining hundreds of children at a school event, running activities for military personnel or delivering a corporate event for a major organisation, we've pretty much seen it all!

We've achieved a lot over the years, but we're certainly not finished. We're constantly developing new activities, new locations and new experiences, while keeping the same focus we've always had – making sure people have an amazing time.
